Return/Refund Policy

If an item isn’t the perfect match, and you would like to return the item, the item needs to be returned to us at your own cost and it is your responsibility that the item reach us safely within 30 days.

*Please note personalised items are non-refundable*


If the items have been used, then a refund is not possible. For damaged or defective products, please contact the customer service team at returns@blingwholesalers.com to report the issue. Damage from misuse is not covered. All items must be unused and should be in the original packaging to be eligible for return/replacement. 

If you wish to cancel your custom order before it leaves our production warehouse but manufacturing has begun, you will still be charged 50% off the total order value. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If an item has been assembled, we cannot accept a return unless faulty (as in line with statutory rights). Evidence of faults will be requested. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ensure you maintain proof of delivery return to us, as you will be responsible for the return of the package until we receive it.

*To return your product, you should only mail your product to us upon an approved of return by ourselves*.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your unwanted item. To arrange collection of your item, please contact us at returns@blingwholesalers.com for cost of collection.


All Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Returns in person are NOT permitted with prior written approval from us.

Please note that you are legally responsible for safely returning an item to us, undamaged and in its original resalable packaging format.

Please ensure you use an appropriate shipping service, as any used, damaged or tampered items that are received by us will not be eligible for a full refund.

If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please ensure a postage or collection (if using courier collection) receipt is obtained as this is your proof of returning the parcel to us.

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once inspected and the above terms are confirmed, only then your refund shall be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days (as most banks process payments within this timescale, however this can differ depending on your issuing bank).


Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately any sale or offers and clearance stock cannot be refunded.


Warranties

Warranties only cover manufacturing faults. Accidental damage or damage from misuse is not covered.
