Shipping Policy

General:

Packages are generally dispatched within 7 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via best Logistics companies with tracking. If you prefer delivery by an Express service, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. We aim to make deliveries as convenient as possible for our customers and give an indication of delivery day and estimated time. However, vehicles are fitted with tracking systems an updates can be given to dates and time whilst the vehicle is on route.

Drivers cannot take responsibility for any damages to property fixtures or fittings caused by drivers carrying stock into the customer’s premises.If you live in a flat, our delivery drivers will only deliver to the entrance of the building.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.


Delivery Schedule:

Please note that we have many products on our website and could not possibly hold all of these in stock. Please get in touch first if you need to know whether or not an item is in stock if this is something that is needed urgently.

Made to order bespoke items can take up to 12-16 weeks to produce however our sales team will keep you updated throughout the order. Please note once an order has been fulfilled on any bespoke items it cannot be cancelled or amended in any way whatsoever.

All items are checked by our BW Team before dispatched. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-packed.


Items in transit/delivery disputes:

In the unfortunate circumstance where a parcel experiences a delay, goes missing whilst in transit or a delivery is disputed, a full investigation will be raised with the courier/delivery company. Once the dispute has been raised and paperwork submitted, 28 working days will need to be allowed to ensure a thorough investigation by ourselves and the courier/delivery company is carried out.

In some cases this may take longer, however a replacement or refund cannot be offered until the dispute is closed.


Cancellations / Charges:

If for any reason you need to cancel your order you must let us know 48hrs in writing via email. Orders can only be cancelled 48hrs prior to dispatch.

If the goods are already in transit or any Deliveries refused by the occupant at the delivery address there will be a 25% returns fee levied this will be deducted from the refund to cover the costs of the item being returned back to us.Bespoke Orders Please note once an order has been fulfilled on any bespoke items it cannot be cancelled or amended in any way whatsoever.
